Established in August 2016, SHANGYUAN TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD, an High-tech enterprise, is specialized in the R&D and manufacture of RO membrane element, NF membrane element, UF membrane element, MBR, and special membrane material, main members having more than ten years’ experience in water treatment field, while can provide overall solution in water treatment.
According to the requirements of market and clients, more than 40 models have been launched By SHANGYUAN, including RO, NF, UF, MBR and separation membrane. At present, the capacity of household membrane is 1,000,000 pieces, 4 inch membrane 50,000 pieces, while 30,000 for 8 inch, approved by international and Chinese certifications, such as Drinking water hygiene license, European CE, ISO14001 environmental management system, ISO9001 quality management system certification, and ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system certification, quality in international advanced level. Widely used in pure drinking water, food and beverage, medical and pharmaceutical, municipal water supply treatment, industrial high-purity water, and boiler feed water, seawater desalination, ultra-pure water in the electronics industry, waste water treatment and reuse, and material concentration and purification field, etc., the main products of reverse osmosis membranes are general industrial membrane elements, seawater desalination membrane elements, fouling-resistant membrane elements and household membrane elements. We have a large-scale production capacity of dry membrane elements.
Three membrane models were launched recently, ultra-high rejection rate fouling-resistant membrane, seawater desalination membrane, concentration separation nanofiltration membrane. The stable rejection rate of low pressure brackish water membrane could be reached by 99.75%, the highest in the industry. The max permeate flow of mass-produced seawater desalination membranes is 9000GPD, while rejection rate 99.85%, and the performance of concentrated separation nanofiltration membranes is in top industry level, with a super cost-effective advantage.
